I’ve gathered a few of the best of the best to help me plan your incredible itineraries. And they really are the best: the best at sweating the small stuff, pulling obscure travel knowledge out of their noggins, and truly listening to our clients.
Each HCTC travel advisor is trained in the HCTC signature planning process. Whether you’re working directly with me or a member of my travel pro team, you can expect a travel experience that’s packed with value and planned to perfection—no desperate nights spent Googling your way to DIY vacation disaster required. Phew!

MEET MEG HALBERSTADT, HCTC TRAVEL ADVISOR
Specialty: Family travel (including big multi-generational trips!) and cruising
As a busy mom of four, I know how complicated trip planning can get when you’re trying to please everyone. That’s why I love simplifying the planning process for my clients—I especially love hearing a client’s sigh of relief during our consultation call! I handle it all, so you can simply focus on spending much-needed quality time together.
My clients often work with me on Disney getaways, whether it’s sailing on Disney Cruise Line, an immersive Adventures by Disney escape, or a trip to Disney’s Hawaii resort, Aulani. I also specialize in cruising (I hold certifications in a handful of top cruise lines) and enjoy helping clients discover which cruise line and itinerary will fit their travel personality best. Planning Mexico, Europe, and Caribbean getaways keeps me busy, too!
Favorite destinations: Castaway Cay (Disney’s private Bahamian island), Walt Disney World, Riviera Maya, Mexico
On Meg’s bucket list: Italy and Greece! I’d love to immerse myself in the fascinating history (and, of course, gorge myself on the food)

MEET LEAH CALLAHAN, HCTC TRAVEL ADVISOR
Specialty: Outdoor and adventure travel (including U.S. National Parks)
When you want to go a bit off the beaten path, sorting out the logistics on your own can be so overwhelming. There’s a whole big world out there to explore, and figuring out the “how” and “where” shouldn’t deter you from following your travel dreams.
That’s where I come in! I’m an avid adventure traveler myself, and I love making travel easier and more efficient for our clients—so that they can really enjoy their destinations without worrying about logistics. I also love finding our clients experiences unique to their destination that they may not have discovered on their own. Not every worthwhile pit stop or detour can be found in the guidebooks!
Favorite destinations: U.S. National Parks (especially in the Southwest and the Pacific Northwest), Iceland, and Southeast Asia
On Leah’s bucket list: Petra, Jordan or New Zealand!

Specialty: Luxurious and detail-oriented couples vacations.
I enjoy the creative process in crafting your curated adventures, perfectly tailored to who you are, what you love, and how you like to travel – so you can relax and enjoy your dream trip.
Favorite destinations. London will forever have my heart. It was my first solo trip and holds a lot of special memories for me. Greece is now up there in the top 5 for sure. The people, the food, the history. I was completely amazed at the beauty around every corner and the hearts of the Greek people are so full of joy. I adored every minute of it.
Bucket List: Spain (Barcelona and Mallorca specifically), Morocco, Lake Como and the Dolomites, Croatia, South Africa and Australia
Favorite Broadway Show: The first broadway show I couldn’t get enough of was Phantom of the Opera and it still is one of my all time favorites. More recently Hamilton and Moulin Rouge are also pretty high on the favorites list.
What Heather loves about Ashley: Ashley’s passion shines through in sharing ideas and creating solutions. She is amazing at discerning your needs and knowing what the best fit for your travel style is!
MEET ELLIE, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Chances are, you’ll be hearing from me at some point during the HCTC planning process—I make sure our travel clients are prepared with all the details, from departure to return. I organize and check all your travel documents (twice!) to ensure your trip goes off without a hitch. I love creating stress-free travel experiences for our clients, so they can truly “check out” and enjoy their time away.

MEET Kelsey Eber, Foreign to Domestic
Specialty: You could say that I’m known for my Italy itineraries because I called Italy home for 5 years and visit annually. I’ve traveled extensively around Europe and love a multi-stop itinerary with lots of moving parts. Give me all of the logistics to figure out, top hotels in destinations to narrow down and restaurant recommendations to share with you (I’ll even tell you what regional foods to keep an eye out for!). You’re interested in traveling to Europe for 4 weeks? Absolutely, let’s book it!
