I love “IG” more than I love Facebook – I like the lack of words, which is pretty funny for a “talker”. But isn’t the saying “A picture is worth a thousand words”.
The more I think about it the more I am sure it’s because of my hashtag obsession. It gives me a sense of saying what I want without the grammatical rules I can never remember!
My personal rule is to avoid posting the same photo on Facebook as I do Instagram, as it’s a very silly pet peeve (please know none of these things matter in the scheme of the world & I’m aware of that!). Another “rule” I don’t play by is “follow for follow”- that’s just silly too.
Please tell me I’m not the only one with random social media “rules”?
